Onboarding is an employee's first real contact with company culture. Worten asked us to create the videos that welcome its new teams.
The Logistical Challenge
To reflect the true scale of Worten, we could not film in just one place. The project required coordinating shoots across 4 key brand locations.
The goal was twofold: produce the main training and onboarding content and, at the same time, film a making-of for the client to use internally, showing the care and professionalism that went into the production.
The Technical Solution
For cinema-grade quality on the main video, we used the Sony FS5, a robust camera with excellent colour science. For the agility needed behind the scenes, the making-of crew used a Sony Alpha on a DJI Ronin gimbal.
Lighting was key to keeping the look consistent between offices and warehouses, using a mix of Aputure and SmallRig equipment.
Delivery
Despite the complexity of managing multiple locations and two separate video deliverables (final film + behind the scenes), the whole project was edited, graded and delivered in just 2 weeks.
